Eligibility Criteria:
- Being a Rwandan
- Being female is an advantage
- Having General Advanced certificate of secondary Education with an average pass mark of 50% and above permitting entry to higher education. Students who completed S6 before 2024 should have at least 2 Principal Passes. Those who studied secondary school abroad will present a certificate of equivalence.
The application file must comprise:
- One Colored passport photo
- A notarized copy of Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education
- A copy of National Identity Card
- Results slip of A Level national examination
