Eligibility Criteria:
1-Two Principal Passes with at least Grade D in Biology and Chemistry.
2-General Advanced certificate of secondary Education in one of the following subjects: Physics-Chemistry-Biology, Mathematies-Chemistry-Biology, Biology-Chemistry-Geography:
3-A2 Nurse with a minimum of 60% and at least 2 years of work experience and must possess a valid license to practice.
Admission Test and Selection process:
1) Candidates who meet minimum admission requirements for above programs will sit for an admission test scheduled March 14th, 2025.
2) Final selection of the scholarship beneficiaries will be based on the admission test score.
Note:
1) Final selected students to benefit the scholarships will sign a contract agreement with MoH to ensure their integration into the health system upon graduation of which they will be required to serve for a minimum period of time.
2) This scholarship targets students who have graduated from senior six or its equivalent in the School year 2022-2023 and years before. Those who graduated in the school year 2023-2024 are NOT eligible to apply.
3) Advanced Diploma in Nursing is a 3-year full time program. Prospective students who are working may not be eligible for admission unless they terminate their current employment.
4) Students currently receiving another scholarship funded by the Government or its partners, or those who have graduated from other university-level programs, are not eligible to apply. Any violation of these application requirements will result in immediate disqualification upon discovery, with potential additional sanctions depending on the level of the violation.
